You can get all the essential AA's from plant & legume sources you just need to eat more and I agree Lim el al. (2021) and Reid-McCann et al. (2025) meta analyses clearly showed animal sources as superior for gaining lean muscle mass in available longitudinal studies but Askow et al. (2025) interestingly showed a balanced EAA diet of either plant or animal based protein did not affect protein synthesis rates as you know.

Don't rely on "Indian Food Composition Tables" released by National Institute of Nutrition (Government of India). The nutritional values in food components are inflated in its table because the government has a nefarious agenda to show less people malnourished while downplaying inflation to show more affordability of nutrition among poor masses.
