a healthy human body is a wonderful place to inhabit. i highly recommend it. i wanted to know how to be health and i did tons of trial and error and now i know what works.

everything is based on cause and effect but it does not seem that people base their decisions on that where i live. probably not that different where you live.
instead they listen to whoever is loudest, without bothering to understand the consequences.

people could be healthy but either choose not to be or don't even care enough to find out if it is worth it.
i say it is worth it. i am glad i did this. i am glad i listen to conspiracy theorists while remaining humble and trying to find the flaw with what little i understood instead of listening to normies.

i found this video which apparently was an actual commercial but has only been shared around my corner of the internet to make fun of it.
the normies bother to glue hair to their head but they do not bother with how to be healthy in general and not lose the hair in the first place.
i don't believe any of this nonsense that people say they lose their hair because of their genes. this to me is just a theater production. people blame their genes as an excuse so they can appear innocent but it is their fault.
i'd say at least 98% of hairloss is simply user error. people who did not bother to find out how to pilot the human body and keep it in good condition.

i believe this short audio clip (6min25sec) to be the best information on health ever.
it is the story of the 3 doctors from the Tao Te Ching. when i heard this for the first time, gears in my head started to turn that were dormant my entire life before. i come back to this clip every few months and i listen to it again.

it is 4 in the morning here! i have these phases of creativity where i am full of energy and just naturally stay up all night because the energy just doesn't run out on me. i watch conspiracy videos with 250% speedincrease, play factorio, plan ahead, smoke weed, dance in my room.

alcohol is so unhealthy... just look at the old drunks, that is all the prove you need. alcohol is a dumb man's drug, i think you can tell who is dumb by watching who drinks alcohol.

you could say i am right in between being a young man and an old man. i aged a bit strange. i still have a young man's body but an old man's emotions. my body still performs in elegant precise movements because of skating and dancing, i have hair like a lion with hardly even a gray hair. if you saw me walking around you'd see tons of mixed signals and you'd have a hard time finding a number that you believe fits me. meeting me would be very confusing.

germans have their 'ass open' about alcohol, they refuse to admit how dangerous it is. they have a law in place here that prohibits places from offering alcohol as their cheapest available drink. that's how serious this shit is here. the chapest available drink has to be non-alcoholic or otherwise poor people would get drunk to save money.
>lmao guess you have seen motherfuckers die a dogs death due to alcoholism
they did a lot of dumb shit here hundreds of years ago. they said they drank beer because it was safer then water. children drank it. i think beer helps in turning people into cattle psychologically and slowly disables functionality physically. just slowly makes everything worse.
also bodies can learn to digest and absorb it and begin depending on it. it's awful how much alcohol commercials there are. clearly people are nudged towards drinking here.

I love alcohol as a Konkani lad and we have entire culture revolving around harvesting cashew fruits to ferment and distill Feni out of them and trust me its best thing ever especially when you know you're paying for the best product made by a buncha local people keeping the tradition alive

you think that? how about that way cooler guy you never turned into because the alcohol kept you from reaching that level, oh wait he can't be asked because you gatekept him from ever existing with the alcohol. you drowned him.
i agreed with the statement that small quantities up until i kept seeing people in the train drinking beer after work on the way home. they sooner or later have this split personality, this one professional responsible side of them that they hate and then all the time where they don't have to where they get drunk.
>as long as people realise what it really means to intoxicate yourself with spirits like most of the issue roots from barely functioning tards who abuse that shit till their organs kick the bucket
i guess it is possible to drink low amounts but what is the benefit? you being nice to some old dummies and respecting their traditions even though they shouldn't be. or you being benevolent and banging some ugly girl you would not have looked at sober.
studying detoxing also made me realize just eating one single bad meal can ruin all the progress of a detox, that's why i think one bad drink can ruin a lot of progress too.

Oh sorry I was in the shower. But to continue on.
I do believe leading a fully 'satvik' lifestyle with no alcohol and other such sugary indulgence is the most optimal way of maximizing your life span but at the same time its all about deliberate choices like would everybody agree to follow such discipline? Its not possible since you cant tell people what to do or else we all would already have achieved some boring ass utopia where nobody ever consumed things that weren't beneficial to our bodies. So it only makes sense we as people should voluntarily choose the sins that we think are okay with and draw a line. There's more terrible shit out there like I don't know never tried before but meth? That drug implodes your dopamine receptors right and when you end up comparing it to a homely glass of whisky or vodka every now and then it immediately makes more sense.
Another point of contention would be just plain old appreciation for things like how you like to smoke weed, I personally don't like to smoke anything at all but can I convince you to just cease with the blunt right there and now? No, once again you can't tell people what to appreciate and what not to. I like drinking because I genuinely find it relaxing. Makes me reflect on things better once I get through it. You'll probably have something good to say about your case as well. And thats all good really. I'm glad qualia is subjective to everybody. Its just how its meant to be.

>I do believe leading a fully 'satvik' lifestyle with no alcohol and other such sugary indulgence is the most optimal way of maximizing your life span but
my guess is you never experienced "being healthy" because once you know what it is like, you don't want to lose this. i consider it something that is purely commited by people who never tried it. not having to go to the doctor is a wonderful thing. i remember visiting doctors as uncomfortable or awkward at it's best and at it's worst as traumatic and depressing.
>at the same time its all about deliberate choices like would everybody agree to follow such discipline?
i don't think it is wise to care too much what everyone is doing...
when you call it discipline, that sounds like torture. it is not a chore to eat in accordance with the specializations of your digestive system. over millions of years every species has specialized itself in continually getting better at digesting a few foods or in rare cases pretty much every food.
>Its not possible since you cant tell people what to do or else we all would already have achieved some boring ass utopia where nobody ever consumed things that weren't beneficial to our bodies.
i think i figgured it out what you mean. you identify as more then one person. you're like a trans-amountist and you refuse to be just one person and when i don't accept that, then i am a bigot.
i don't know why but you seem to believe having 100% ability available to your body is boring and you prefer the 45% ability. this is as dumb and toxic as saying "real men don't dance" and then completely gatekeep yourself out of the tangible, necessary benefits to the human organism that physical expression (dance) adds to your body.
>So it only makes sense we as people should voluntarily choose the sins that we think are okay with and draw a line.
lol proud amountist refuses to speak for just one person and is 5 minutes away from posting his pride flag.
>There's more terrible shit out there like I don't know never tried before but meth?
this sounds like you don't like trying out new stuff.
>That drug implodes your dopamine receptors right and when you end up comparing it to a homely glass of whisky or vodka every now and then it immediately makes more sense.
yeah when you stink and you stand next to someone who stinks even more, your stink is not as stinky 🤣
>Another point of contention would be just plain old appreciation for things like how you like to smoke weed, I personally don't like to smoke anything at all but can I convince you to just cease with the blunt right there and now?
whether or not smoking makes sense to me is based on the amount. there is a small amount where i believe it is harmless and after that certain amount i believe eddible is the way because lungs are precious and important. the lungs don't get the attention they deserve. breathing is unbelievably important.
i cease the blunt plenty. i don't use weed in the summer. i use it to help me get through the awful winter.

you sound like it would offend you if i treated you like an individual. don't miss out on individuality, groups can only ever help you so far. there are levels no group can bring you to.
>I like drinking because I genuinely find it relaxing.
you can just relax for free you know? 😆 it doesn't require anything.it's literally just you stopping to tense your muscles and your thoughts.
>Makes me reflect on things better once I get through it.
'helps you take the time to understand stuff' is what that sounds like to me. i dunno if i agree that that's so important to be honest. if you were at your peak health, you might be able to process stuff closer to when it happened or even in real time.
You'll probably have something good to say about your case as well.
i like being sober and i like how weed helps me be creative and express myself better and be social more. if i have a problem, sometimes i can invent the perfect solution. weed and meditation is a wonderful combination for example. it amplifies this pleasant glow of completeness that meditation helps tune myself in. it is like my whole body is gently vibrating and warm with deep breathing. i pity the person who can't make their body glow and instead have to hope to feel some bodily sensation through orgasms.
And thats all good really. I'm glad qualia is subjective to everybody. Its just how its meant to be.

>I'm glad qualia is subjective to everybody. Its just how its meant to be.
i don't understand what "qualia" is but with stuff being subjective to everybody, that's all great excuse and hiding behind group habits.
your human body is evolutionary specialized on certain things to function best. when you find them, you feel better:
>healthier
>stonger
>completer
when you don't find them you feel worse:
>weaker
>sicker,
>tired all the time
>overwhelmed
>scared and pessimistic
your orientation towards group to me is a strong emphasis on you not having found the good stuff in life yet so i encourage you to keep the search for the good stuff going and do your own thinking.
you can say things are subjective, but you are doing it not out of choice but out of necessity because you have never tried the good stuff so how could you can't fairly compare. you can only unfairly compare. don
t just refuse to do the due dilligence, don't wait for some group experts to tell you what is what. they might inspire you to try something but the trying is more important then the listening to experts.
