I live in tier 2 city, even here marriage around 27 or later is getting normal. Most parents push their girls to study too.

Usually they try to get the girl educated, that helps more. one of the good things about this whole westernisation aspect is that colorism is less prevalent issue so, girl if educated will find a boy already. Otherwise dahej and status will always help.
